Modest cottage and lakeside sauna on a 0.7 ha plot. The cottage is
located on a steep hillside, where pines and birch trees and large
rocks. The beach is very child-friendly. Plot / beach is situated to the
south.
The kitchen stove has two burners and oven. In addition there is wood-burning stove. The kitchen has no drainage. Cold water will be pumped from the well to the back porch of the cottage. Dishes can be washed in the back porch in a plastic bowl. For heating the cottage has an open fireplace and radiator which can be moved.
Separate lakeside sauna, distance approx. 100 m (wood-burning stove, cauldron), dressing room. Cold water to the sauna comes from the well via pump. There is no shower.
The lake has versatile fish stocks (eg. walleye, perch, pike, bream, carp, tench, roach). Available 3 fish traps, which have permits.
During the spring and autumn Swans on the lake. The lake in the foreground is a small Love Island, where you can row, and go ashore. Electric Outboard Motor for rent 55 € / week. if you want to hire the outboad motor, it must be booked at a same time with the cottage (service code "outboard motor for hire / booking").
Paved village road No. 1471 goes behind the cottage plot 100 m away.
The nearest services in Sälinkää approx. 1.5 km away, where is a village shop and a karaoke bar. Mäntsälä approx. 10 km, Hyvinkää approx. 30 km, Lahti approx. 50km.
